Website Use & Project Information

Website Terms

Terms governing website information, estimate requests, customer-supplied material, hidden conditions, third-party content, and acceptable use.

Website information

The website provides general information about flooring installation, replacement, preparation, and related services. It is not a substitute for a site assessment, product instructions, manufacturer requirements, written project scope, electrical advice, structural advice, environmental testing, or other specialist advice.

Estimates and service availability

Submitting a form does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve an installation date, or establish a final price. Project acceptance, material responsibilities, scope, timing, payment, warranties, exclusions, and changes must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.

Existing and hidden conditions

Flooring removal can expose additional layers, moisture, damage, contamination, unsuitable substrates, structural concerns, suspect materials, or other conditions that were not visible during the initial review. Work may need to pause while the scope and responsible specialist are determined.

Customer-supplied materials

Customer-supplied flooring and accessories remain subject to review for identification, quantity, condition, compatibility, approved installation method, storage, site conditions, and manufacturer instructions. Material defects, retailer policies, product warranties, and installation workmanship are separate matters.

Third-party information

Links to municipal, provincial, electrical-safety, manufacturer, or other third-party information are provided for convenience. Requirements and external content can change, and the current responsible authority or manufacturer controls.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or use the forms for spam or unlawful activity.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a guarantee that every page will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a specific project. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Plan Your Flooring Project

Tell us what is changing underfoot.

Share the flooring type, rooms, existing surface, approximate size, and whether the new material has already been purchased. Photos help identify removal, transitions, stairs, and visible subfloor concerns before the site assessment.
